NewFront Properties is a privately owned commercial real estate investment company that acquires, operates, and develops industrial and commercial properties, with a focus on value-add investments to achieve above market risk-adjusted returns for its investors.

Prior to founding NewFront, Mr. Metcalfe founded his own advisory and investment brokerage firm in 2017 and worked with a variety of highly qualified real estate sponsors, brokers, and developers across multiple asset classes. In this capacity, Mr. Metcalfe advised over 30 separate companies on their commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development & leasing of commercial real estate investments. During this time, Mr. Metcalfe advised on transaction volume in excess of $700M.

Mr. Metcalfe started his career at HFF on the institutional investment sales and JV equity placement team for Southern California and the western region. At HFF, Mr. Metcalfe was actively involved in the advisory, valuation and disposition of commercial property including industrial, retail, office, and mixed-use assets with an aggregate valuation in excess of $4.0B.

Mr. Metcalfe lives in Costa Mesa, graduated from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.

Prior to founding NewFront, Mr. Karantonis worked as a Real Estate broker for a boutique investment and brokerage firm based in Irvine, CA.  Mr. Karantonis led and advised clients in the acquisition, disposition, marketing, financing, repositioning, and leasing of industrial, office, retail and flex properties with an aggregate valuation in excess of $500M throughout Southern California.

Mr. Karantonis lives in Newport Beach with his wife and two children and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
